Why We Started

Silchar is a city that loves to eat. Anyone who's lived here knows the food culture runs deep — in the markets, in family kitchens, in the late-night hunger that hits after a good evening.

We started Grills and Giggles because we saw a gap. The city had plenty of places to eat, but fewer places where you actually wanted to stay a while — somewhere the food was worth talking about, the staff made you feel welcome, and the whole atmosphere said "tonight was worth it."

That's what we built on the third floor of Premtala Road in Ambikapatty. A restaurant for people who come hungry and leave happy.
